I think it's time for a give-a-way.
My son will be nine next week
and in honor of that I think we
should celebrate...
I will be posting details in the
next day or so on my facebook
fan page, watch here for details:

You really should go to
my friend Sandra's Etsy store
and pick up this pattern.
It is quick and easy and
look at what you could
do with all the hubby's extra
dress shirts lying around. I cut it up and removed the pocket.
I cut out the pieces,
shirred the bodice front and
back and sleeves.

Added some ric rac and

changed out the buttons and
VIOLA it looks just like Sandra's.

This little dress if for Jane.

A sweet little girl that will be
living in Texas in a few short
weeks after her new parents
bring her home from China,

where they are adopting her from.

I love creating custom
orders, especially out of some
of my favorite fabrics.
It killed me to cut into
my stash of Riley Blake All Stars.
I had been hoarding it, haha...
It's amazing that piles of this... Can be turned into this.

It's backed in super soft,
Chocolate Brown Dot Minky.
Perfect for seeking fingers
of a baby or toddler. Provides
tons of comfort for those
precious little ones.
This is one of my all time favs...
Ha, I say that all the time.
I made a sweet little
matching card with
some of the fabric scraps
stitched onto a card blank.
Don't ya just love it????
