I WRITE THIS POST IN TEARS AS
I TRY TO THINK WHAT I'M GOING TO SAY
TO CHASE WHEN HE GETS HOME
FROM SCHOOL TODAY.
SOME HORRIBLE, CRUEL ABSOLUTELY
EVIL PERSON, GOT INTO OUR FENCED
YARD IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT,
BY GOING THRU OUR NEIGHBORS
YARD, THRU THEIR CONNECTING GATE,
ONTO OUR PORCH, TOOK CHASE'S
BEAUTIFUL BLACK AND GOLD
RAZOR BIKE, WALKED IT THRU OUR
YARD, BACK THRU THE CONNECTING GATE
AND OUT OUR NEIGHBOR'S FRONT GATE.
WHOEVER THIS UGLY PERSON WAS
THEY HAVE HUGE FEET, THEY LEFT
THEIR STINKIN' SHOE PRINTS ALL
OVER OUR YARD.
THERE ARE 2 THINGS YOU NEVER MESS WITH
THAT BELONG TO A BOY:
THEIR DOG AND THEIR BIKE.
PLEASE IF YOU LIVE HERE IN TOWN
WATCH FOR A 18" BLACK AND GOLD
RAZOR BIKE. I GUESS I BETTER GO
MAKE SOME COOKIES SO I CAN SIT WITH
CHASE AND TELL HIM THE
BAD NEWS WHEN HE GETS HOME.

I have sooo much to do and not
enough time to do it in, plus
I have another kidney stone that is killing
my back and making it impossible to get anything done.
Normally I sew at night, but I spend most of
my nights throwing up these days
while this ugly stone is taking my life over.
In the pictures below I have the makings of
2 loveys, 9 rag quilts, (3 are Moda Strawberry
Lemonades-PINK,YELLOW,GREEN,
2 I Spy quilts, 1 I am a Child of God quilt,
1 Chocolate Princess
Rag quilt, 1 rag Quilt with Amy Butler
and other fabric
designers fabrics) and a Christmas Soft/Quiet book.
Not to mention so many other projects, plus
a custom order for 25 dress die cuts that are
embellished or embossed.
I need two more arms, another day in the week
and a few more hours in each day.
Oh and no more stinkin' kidney stones.
I hardly drink soda, but I do take a medication
that wihout it I am miserable, so guess what.....
every year around November or December
I have to suffer thru another round of stones
and stents. This year I told Nate, no matter what
I am not going in until I am so sick I have
to go in the hospital.
If you've never had a stent in your kidney
and out your ureter
then you are in for a real treat.
Here I'm whinning about my little stone, when
one of my Aunts is facing a huge battle with
breast cancer at 37, that's only 2 years older than
me and my very best friend lost her nephew last
week the day before his 21st birthday.
I guess I should just hush and go to bed,
G-night.

I am so proud of Chase...
In October he was named to the
Principal's Honor Roll and
now in November he and one other
student out of 848 students
were named student of the month.
Keep up the good work Chase.

Not sure what is up with the funky smile
he has in pictures these days.

The Frog Friends Lovey is cute and very soft...The Puppy Dog Lovey is so adorable...
backed with Striped Dark Brown Minky...
The Chocolate Princess Lovey
is backed with Dark Chocolate Dot Minky
and has 2 layers of flannel in the middle
it is super, duper soft ...

This blanket measures 32 inches by 37 inches.
Very soft, lots of Flannel and Minky...

Don't Ya just Love 'em???
I do.................

So this has been my story lately...
First I canned peaches, then pears.
Then it was the Jalepeno Jelly and
now it's apple filling for pies, crisps and cobblers
and Apple Butter.
I'm not even half way done
and this is my second night.
4 cases of apples...I maybe out of mind???
This Apple Peeler Corer Slicer is the best
thing on earth. I bought it from Pampered Chef
around 10 years ago and it's still going strong.
Best investment ever.

Yummy sauce for the filling...

My funny boys had a Fear Factor Friday.
They were served:
Buggars and Pickled Eye Balls,
Hair Ball Salad with Salvia Dressing,
Ice Cold Pee and Kitty Litter Cake.
Not one of them at the tootsie rolls (kitty poop).
Chase wouldn't even eat the Hair Ball Salad.
Chase was Jengo Fett for Halloween.
