Miss Maggie is getting bigger,
she's still pretty little.
She has a funny, fiesty attitude.
Maggie wasn' t too sure about
this cute little number.... Here she is modeling her new
little hoodie.
Maggie and her chewies.

We love Miss Maggs. We love how she
tries sooo hard to jump on the couch.
She makes 1 out of every 4 attempts.
We love how Miss Maggs makes
us laugh squeaking her duck.
We love how Miss Maggs
cuddles behind us or hides
in the couch cushions to sleep.
We love how she steals Chase's
clothes in the morning, when she
thinks he should be playing with her
instead of getting ready for school.
We love how Miss Maggs
makes us all happy and
bites Nate's ankles as he goes down
the hall. We also love how she has
Nate wrapped around her little paws.
(He would deny it, but it is true)

Chase was able to see the AZ
Christmas tree that is being
sent to Washington.
It made a stop here in Florence.
It's 85 feet high.
Here he is with some of
the kids in his class.

Here he is signing the tarp
that covers the tree.

What fun to be able to
participate in a little bit
of AZ history.

I survived my surgery. It actually
went much better than I had hoped.
I ended up with three incisions, had
hoped for one but am grateful Dr. Falk
didn't have to open me up all the way.
Had lots of scar tissue. My belly button
was attched to my uterus. Had scar
tissue from my C-section site attached to
my bowel The ovaries survived, no more
fibroids and will talk to Dr. Falk more
on the 25th at my post-op appointment.
I was to goggy to remember what he called
the condition with my uterus. Said it was
really boggy that's why I bled all the time.
Today I'm really sore from the gas spreading
thru-out my body. That actually hurts worse
than the three incisions. I am so gratetful
that Nate is able to cook and clean,
and that the boys can look after me so well.
Off to sip more hot tea and have some sherbert,
C ya later.

I was so bummed that I had
to miss Chase receiving the
District Student of the Month
Award for the second year in a row.
I'm grateful Nate and my Mom and
Dad were able to go and support him.
I am so proud of him and am so
grateful for my family.
I was stuck at home
prepping for my surgery the
next morning.
Love you Bud...

I made this little number for
a cutie who belongs to a
very good friend of mine. She has lots of sass and attitude
so the outfit is sooo her.
Here she is with her tutu
and Hannah Montana accessories.

Happy Birthday Tori ...

For years we have attributed Chase's
stomach upsets to his acid reflux.
After a huge mishap with Walgreens
under filling his Previcid his
amazing Pediatrician had some
blood work done to screen Chase
for food allergies.
Low and behold Chase is allergic
to COWS MILK. Which means
he should avoid all dairy
products. This will be tough
on the little guy seeing as how
he loves Milk, cottage cheese,
cheese sticks, yogurt and
especially ICE CREAM. Soy
products and alternatives to
milk here we come.

Ok all you Gold Canyon Candle
addicts out there. I need to make
my quota so today is your lucky day.

As we have for the last 4 or 5 years
we carved pumpkins with my parents.
We always have fun and this year was
no exception.
My mom's is the one on the left. She had
crops to harvest so opted not to carve
her pumpkin but to decorate with this
cute kit I found at Walmart.
Mine is in the middle, the scared kid in bed
with the huge eye ball in the window
and on the right is Chase's.
Here's Nate's on the left
and Dad's mummy on the right.
