Ok, I have finally managed to get a set of the
baby slippers done, but I am not
satisfied with the toe. Not round
or straight enough, so take a peak.
I'll be posting a pair (HOPEFULLY) tomorrow
on my Etsy.
They are super cute and it's like getting
2 shoes for the price of one.
THEY ARE REVERSABLE !!!
How cute is that.
Check back tomorrow, sorry...

Another sneak peak. I love this
"I AM A CHILD OF GOD" fabric.
Blue flannel, red chenille, red cotton,
polka dot flannel and cotton stars.
Should be a good one...
Infant Mary Jane Shoes
Mommy Minders
Art Folio with Chalk Cloth
These new items will be added
this weekend.
Have a great weekend.

I have been dying to get this fabric cut,
pieced and stitched into a quilt. It will be
incredibly soft
as it's made all from cotton, cotton flannel and
cotton chenille. Can't wait to see it finished...
By the way, see the scissors in the middle.
My sweet husband bought them for me this
weekend. They are the Gingher Brand and if
you sew or quilt I would highly
recommend them. I was so tired of having
numb fingers from clipping my quilts and I
think Nate may have been tired of hearing
me complain about it. They are razor sharp.
They are pricey, so take your 40% coupon to
Joann's and pick up a pair.

Check out this site and her lovely quilt.
I sure hope that the winner is me.
Hurry times almost up to enter this one.
First Grade pictures are here.
And just who is this handsome little guy???
Well my son of course, and yes I am partial to him.
He is very sweet and compassionate,
but at the same time all boy.
It amazes me that this combinaton with
a little liquid pectin can produce such an
awesome flavor.
I must admit while it's boiling
it absoulutely smells as if it
could burn the hair right out of your nose.
or
tortillas and cream cheese
or
english muffins and cream cheese
I promise you'll love it.
TIME TO SEW........
My machine is feeling neglected.

I have anxiously been waiting for
all this fabric to arrive. I am soooooooo
EXCITED.....
PIRATES
Canning, what a mess
but so worth it in the end.
My Grandma Donna and I
managed to put up around 70 pounds
of California Pears. They are soooo yummy...

We often joke about how only Nate
would love a gift card or $100 bucks
to spend at 7-Eleven, Circle K, or
Quick Trip. While on the way to
California Nate got a hair transplant
at a little gas station:
hat with hair. I didn't realize how desperate
he was to have hair again.
Then below is a picture at Disneyland
next to the Haunted Mansion.
We were taking a break eating Churros
and popcorn when we noticed
some security officers acting funny.
Someone had left 2 back packs behind.
They brought in the bomb squad and
a dog to snif around.
Never thought it could happen at
Disneyland, but I guess you can't be to careful
these days.

Remember a few weeks ago
when I posted about the
ON THE GO ACTIVITY GIVE A WAY
Well guess what, we won (Chase and I, I
entered the give a way for him)
And this is what he won.
He is soooo excited ...
and check out what they have.
While your doing that you might
as well stop by:
and check out her adorable
pillow case dresses and bows.
Thanks KNOT SEW SHABBY.

This is my FAVORITE picture
from our trip. Nate looks goofy, Chase
is loving ever minute of Splash Mountain.
My Mom is hiding and my Dad has his
eyes closed. I look like a dork.We had to talk
Dad into this ride.
This picture sums the whole trip up...
FUN...FAMILY...MEMORIES.
it in a larger frame.
PRICELESS !!!

So, as you can see we have been busy.
Here's Chase in Blythe being eaten by the Dinosaurs.
We had so much fun.
We had breakfast at the Story Tellers Cafe
at the California Grand with Chip, Dale, Turk,
and some of their friends.
This is a coveted, sought after prize...
THE DREAM FAST PASS
and on our first day at Disneyland we all
managed to find the Disney employees who
were hiding with them.
It allowed us to get to the front of the
line on soooo many rides.
We were doing three rides in an hour,
it was so awesome
